March weather

Planning a trip in the month of March? Madrid is one of the most beautiful, and refreshing places to be. It is finally the end of winter and things are starting to warm up with longer days of beautiful sunshine. It is springtime now, which brings beautiful blooming plants and flowers.  This makes Madrid a very visually appealing month to visit.

Want to know the specific typical temperatures?

You will see highs of about 59⁰F (13⁰C), and lows of about 41⁰F (5⁰C). The temperatures are nearly in the sixties, which is perfect for Madrid.

What will you need to wear?

You can bring lighter clothes such as long sleeved shirts and pants, however, it is still important to pack some light sweaters and even a scarf to keep you looking trendy! The mornings and nights are brisk around this time in Madrid, so check to see if your hotel has heat, as many of the older accommodations do not.  If this is the case, save some room in your suitcase for a blanket. Have fun!
