Dirt Cheap Madrid

April is said to be one of the most pleasant times of the year in Madrid due to the great long sunny days and cooler, shorter nights. You can now veer from those heavy sweatpants, and large sweatshirts, and go a pair of shorts, light pants or possibly a tee shirt.  Peoples activity during April is also rather different, as they tend to stay out later and enjoy the pleasant evenings. Furthermore, Holy Week occurs during the month of April, which causes Madrid to be a little on the quieter side. As for the people who like more specific numbers, I have provided typical temperatures during this idyllic month.

During April, you will see highs of 65⁰F (18⁰C), and lows of 54⁰F (12⁰C). This weather is simply perfect for going out on nice, cool walks all throughout the beautiful city of Madrid.
