A recent addition to the burger scene in Madrid, this two-year old restaurant is known for its tasty, non-greasy burgers cooked to perfection, and excellent vegetables and condiments. The meat at New York Burger is grilled fresh, and they offer a variety of meats, breads, and cheeses from which to choose, as well as vegetarian options. Their desserts also receive high marks. The place for a true American-style burger, Alfredo’s was opened by a Texas-born expat in the early 80s. It’s best to call and make reservations, especially on the weekends, as the restaurant itself can get super crowded. Prices start at 6.95 Euro.
