Real Madrid or Real Madrid Club de Football is a professional football club based in Madrid, the capital city of Spain. It has an unmatched winning record in the football league in Spain and voted to be the best in this century by FIFA. Its winning records include a 30-1 standing in the La Liga Titles and numerous Spanish and European cups. The word “Real” in their name means Royal and it was signified by the Royal crown found in their symbol. This was organized in 1902 and since then become the top in Spanish football. The traditional color of the team is all white. The crest in their shirt has been changed several times to modernize it. Over the years, it has gained rivalries with other football clubs like FC Barcelona. Every game they have against this team is sought after and considered to be a classic one. When it comes to their players, the team has the reputation of getting only the world’s best players from different countries. Popular players include Alfredo Di Stefano, Francisco Gento and Raymond Kopa.

It was inaugurated on December 14 1947. Since its construction, the stadium underwent several renovations especially after the civil war. It is looking more stylish than ever because of some change that were done. This place was named after Santiago Bernabéu, the man who has a vision of creating this stadium. Aside from football games, there are several events that took place in this stadium like Pope John Paul II visiting Madrid.
